Tuning Fork Therapy

Tuning Fork Therapy is performed using either a massage table or chair. Clients remain fully clothed. The tuning forks are activated and applied to selected points for the purpose of delivering a light vibrational massage. This is a form of energy therapy that evokes the well-being of body/mind/spirit; reduces stress levels and anxiety; and aids in reduction of pain.

Reconnective Healing

Reconnective Therapy is one of the newer energy therapies and is performed with client lying on their back on a massage table. Clients remain fully clothed. This is a non-touch energy therapy where the practioner uses their hands to interact with frequencies of light and information entering and leaving the client's body. This interaction encouraged our cells to accept energetic infomation from the universe that promotes self-healing. As with most energy therapies, reconnective Therapy evokes the relaxation response in our bodyand enhances the well-being of body/mind/spirit.

Reconnective Axiational Alignment

This therapy consists of the overlay of an energetic meridian system over the acupuncture meridian system that exists in our body. This therapy connects us to the ley lines of the earth and a timeless network of intelligence in the universe. It allows for the exchange of energy, light, and information with our DNA strands. It is a two-session therapy.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word for "universal life force" and is one of the oldest energy therapies. It is performed either in a chair or on a massage table with the client fully clothed. Practiced worldwide, Reiki is thought to bring the body and emotional into balance. The practitioner becomes a channel for the universal  life force energy and uses touch to transfer energy to the client. It has been said that a 15-minute Reiki session is equivalent to one hour's sleep! It is deeply relaxing therapy with many body/mind/spirit benefits.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is commonly referred to as tapping. The client taps certain points of the body while repeating affirmations. This therapy is popular for pain relief and behavior modification. The practitioner insstructs the client in the procedure and assists in the affirmations used to achieve maximum results. The clients may then continue the therapy at home.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to create an unconscious change in the patient in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors or feelings. Hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. A person who is hypnotized generally has heightened suggestibility and responsiveness. Therefore a person is able to alter their responses by asking the hypnotist to make specific suggestions.  These suggestions help people make positive changes within themselves. Hypontherapy aims to re-program patterns of behavior within the mind, enabling irrational fears, phobias, negative thoughts and suppressed emotions to be overcome.
